제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Clare DEX(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 트레이딩뷰 지표 발급 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회원과 서비스 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

서비스: Clare DEX가 제공하는 트레이딩뷰 지표 발급 및 관련 서비스
회원: 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자
지표: 트레이딩뷰 플랫폼에서 사용할 수 있는 기술적 분석 도구
레퍼럴: 제휴 거래소를 통한 가입 및 거래 활동

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

서비스는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 약관이 변경되는 경우 서비스는 변경 내용을 시행일자 7일 전부터 공지합니다.

제4조 (회원가입 및 이용계약)

회원가입은 텔레그램 계정을 통한 로그인으로 이루어집니다. 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 기재한 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 제공)

서비스는 회원에게 트레이딩뷰 지표 발급, 지표 사용 관련 안내 및 지원, 텔레그램 알림 서비스 등을 제공합니다.

제6조 (서비스 이용 조건)

지표 발급을 위해서는 제휴 거래소를 통한 레퍼럴 가입이 필요합니다. 발급된 지표는 35일 동안 유효하며, 레퍼럴 조건 유지 시 갱신할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (회원의 의무)

제8조 (면책조항)

지표를 이용한 투자 결과에 대한 책임은 전적으로 회원에게 있으며, 서비스는 지표 사용으로 인한 어떠한 손실에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다. 모든 투자 결정은 회원 본인의 판단 하에 이루어져야 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities between Clare DEX (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") and its members regarding the TradingView indicator issuance service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Service: TradingView indicator issuance and related services provided by Clare DEX.
Member: An individual who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
Indicator: Technical analysis tools available on the TradingView platform.
Referral: Registration and trading activities through partner exchanges.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification)

These terms take effect upon being posted on the service screen or announced to members through other means.

The Service may modify these terms as needed. Changes will be announced at least 7 days before their effective date.

Article 4 (Registration and Contract)

Registration occurs via Telegram login. Use of the service may be restricted if third-party information is misappropriated or false information is provided.

Article 5 (Provided Services)

The Service provides TradingView indicator issuance, usage support, and Telegram notification services.

Article 6 (Terms of Use)

Referral registration via a partner exchange is required for indicator issuance. Issued indicators are valid for 35 days and can be renewed if referral conditions are maintained.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

Members must not distribute, duplicate, modify, or decompile indicators without authorization, nor interfere with service operations or infringe on intellectual property rights.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

Responsibility for investment results using the indicators lies entirely with the member. The Service is not liable for any losses resulting from indicator use. All investment decisions must be made independently by the member.

本条款自发布在服务界面或以其他方式告知会员之日起生效。本服务可根据需要修改条款，变更内容将提前 7 天公示。

第4条 (会员注册及合同)

会员注册通过 Telegram 账号登录完成。盗用他人信息或填写虚假信息可能会被限制使用本服务。

第5条 (提供服务)

本服务向会员提供 TradingView 指标发放、指标使用指南及支持、Telegram 通知服务等。

第6条 (使用条件)

发放指标需通过合作交易所进行推荐人注册。发放的指标有效期为 35 天，维持推荐条件时可续期。

第7条 (会员义务)

会员不得擅自发布、复制、修改或反编译指标，不得干扰服务运营或侵犯知识产权。

第8条 (免责条款)

使用指标产生的投资结果由会员全权负责。本服务对因使用指标而产生的任何损失不承担责任。所有投资决策应由会员本人独立做出。

접근 권한 관리, 중요 정보 암호화, SSL/TLS 보안 통신 등을 통해 안전하게 보호하고 있습니다.
